  1. Whisk, sift, or just mix well together using a fork all of your dry ingredients until well blended in a mixing bowl..
  2. Add cubed margarine or butter to dry ingredients and just mash it together. The dough will be sort of crumbly and not completed just yet. Keep going on for a few minutes until you you can see that all of the flour is mashed into the butter..
