  6. 🢂 100 g (3 1/2 oz) of Maitake mushrooms.
  7. 🢂 to taste of Green onion.
  8. 🢂 of Sauce.
  9. 🢂 60 ml (2 fl oz) of Okonomiyaki sauce.
  10. 🢂 60 ml (2 fl oz) of Ketchup.
  11. 🢂 30 ml (1 fl oz) of Red wine.
  12. 🢂 2 tsp of Butter.

  1. Mix okonomiyaki sauce, ketchup, red wine in the bowl and then add butter..
  2. Wrap and heat at 600W for 5 mins., then mix well..
  3. Slice all mushrooms into bite size pieces.
  4. Wrap and heat at 600W for 5 mins.
  5. Mix sauce & mushrooms. (Use the juice from mushrooms too.).
  6. Slice the deep-fried tofu into 2 portions..
  7. Grill the deep fried side first. No need to use oil, it comes out from the tofu itself..
  8. Flip it over when the bottoms became a bit crunchy..
  9. Grill the opposite until it becomes partly yellow brown..
  10. Serve with wine & mushroom sauce with green onion on top..
