- 🢂 250 grams of Diced Carrot.
- 🢂 250 grams of Diced Swede.
- 🢂 500 ml of Beef Stock.
- 🢂 9 large of Potatoes.
- 🢂 1 pinch of Salt.
- 🢂 1 pinch of Pepper.
- 🢂 1 pinch of Chilli Sea Salt.
- 🢂 1 large of French Stick.

- mix 2 stock cubes to 500ml of boiling water until they desolve then add the seasonings then add to the pan..
- top up the rest ov the pan with cold water. so all the veg and meat is covered..
- Bring to the boil for 20mins.
- Turn down to simmer, i usually simmer for roughly 2hours..
- Taste and add more seasonings should you wish..
- Slice up your French Stick.
- Plate up and ENJOY!!!!.
