Ingredients of Coconut frosting
- 🢂 3 cups of sugar.
- 🢂 3 cups of evaporated milk.
- 🢂 1 1/2 cup of butter.
- 🢂 4 of eggs (beaten).
- 🢂 2 cups of flaked coconut.
- 🢂 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract.

instructions Coconut frosting
- Add sugar and evaporated milk to pit and stir.
- Add butter and stir over low to medium heat until butter melts.
- Beat eggs lightly and add to mixture.
- Stir until mixture begins to form bubble.
- Stir in coconuts plus 6 tsp of vanilla.
- Take off heat. Cover and refrigerate until cool and thickened.
