- Combine water, molasses and yeast. Set aside for 5 minutes to let yeast activate and become foamy..
- Add yeast to dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Gradually add oil as it mixes..
- Knead dough by hand or with hook attachment for 10 minutes..
- Take dough form into a ball and place in lightly greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap..
- Let rise for 1 hour in warm place..
- Heat oven to 400°F..
- Divide dough into 6 pieces. Roll into balls then roll out into 8" rounds. Use your finger to dimple the top of dough. Repeat with remaining dough. Cover and rest 15 minutes..
- Place on oiled baking tray and cook for 10 minutes..
- Remove and add zaatar seasoning mixed with oil. Divide zaatar amongst 6 breads..
- Cook another 8 minutes..
