- 🢂 1 of banana.
 - 🢂 1/2 cup of Low-fat or fat-free yoghurt (Greek or French vanilla are my favourites).
 - 🢂 1/2 cup of Low-fat or skim milk.
 - 🢂 1 tsp of honey (or more).

- Cut up banana and place in blender (or jug if using a hand blender).
 - Add honey, yoghurt and milk.
 - Blend on medium speed or until smooth.
 - Serve with icecream or fruit and enjoy!.
