- 🢂 5 lb of red potatoes.
- 🢂 1 large of shallot (thinly sliced).
- 🢂 1 1/2 cup of good mayonnaise.
- 🢂 1 cup of sour cream.
- 🢂 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar.
- 🢂 1 dash of celery salt.
- 🢂 1 dash of onion powder.
- 🢂 2 tbsp of dried parsley.
- 🢂 1 of Salt & Pepper to taste.

- Boil potatoes until fork tender and let cool completely..
- Peel potato skins if desired and cut into bite size pieces..
- Combine all other ingredients and mix well. (Sometimes I add more of the dressing, sometimes less. Adjust the amount and tweek ingredients to your liking).
