2. 🢂 3 oz of cream cheese (room temp).
3. 🢂 1 1/2 cup of sweet potato (mashed).

5. 🢂 1/2 tsp of cinnamon.
6. 🢂 1/4 cup of half & half or milk.
7. 🢂 2 large of eggs.
8. 🢂 1 cup of sugar.
9. 🢂 1/2 cup of butter (softened).
10. 🢂 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract.

1. preheat oven to 325.
2. place pie shell in pie pan all the way to top..
3. in a bowl blend cream cheese and sugar. set aside..
4. in another bowl combine rest of ingredients..
5. blend cream cheese mix in with sweet potato mix..
6. pour into pie shell to almost the top..
7. bake for about 1 hour or until knife inserted into the center comes out clean..
8. let cool and serve or serve a little warm..
9. great with whipped cream or cool whip on top!.
