- 🢂 1 medium of chopped onion.
- 🢂 300 ml of Whole Milk.
- 🢂 3 tbsp of Plain Flour.

- Preheat oven to 180c.
- Heat butter in saucepan.
- Add Onion and Cook until soft.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour.
- Add milk and bring to boil stirring continuously.
- Add half of the cheese and the can of tuna, including Springwater, stir until smooth.
- Pour into a greased oven proof dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs and remaining cheese on top, cover with tomato slices.
- Place in oven on 180°C for 20 min or until lightly browned.
